Managing Director

m/Oppenheim Associates is assisting Gulfshore Playhouse in the search for a Managing Director to administer the financial, operating infrastructure, contract compliance, information technology and human resources of the theatre. For more information  please review the complete Position Description.  The Managing Director is a new position that reports to the Founder and Producing Artistic Director and ensures that Gulfshore Playhouse is financially and operationally strengthened through efficient use of theatre resources. As in-process capital projects unfold, he/she will also have a strong role in project management and controls.

Gulfshore Playhouse is located in Naples, FL and was founded in 2004. The organization has experienced thirteen years of explosive growth based in artistic and arts-education success. From modest beginnings, Gulfshore Playhouse today has a 9 month season, extensive educational and public programs that engage both underserved and prosperous segments of the community, an annual budget of $3.5m, a 13 member Board, 28 full-time staff, roughly 100 volunteers, about 1300 subscribers, and an annual attendance of about 100,000.
