Mark Oppenheim Mark Oppenheim has a 30-year organizational consulting and search track record that includes managing transformation service groups for the Child Welfare Administration of New York City, Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse, Oppenheim CMP, and the Oracle Corporation. Mark’s nonprofit clients have included performing and visual arts organizations, government entities, foundations, think tanks, institutions of higher education, social justice, environment, health, human services and social entrepreneurship organizations. He holds a BA with honors from Brandeis University and an MBA from New York University.


Lisa 3 Lisa Grossman joined m/Oppenheim Associates in 2006 after a career in executive search at Heidrick & Struggles where she served investment banking, private equity, and venture capital clients. In 1997 she started her own firm serving a broad range of internet start-up and Fortune 500 companies. Since joining m/Oppenheim Associates, Lisa has conducted searches in the areas of arts and culture, social justice and human services, education, health, global development, and for foundations, spanning a variety of executive, development, finance and programmatic roles.


Dave Santore Dave Santore is a veteran search consultant with 3 decades of experience serving nonprofit and corporate clients across the US. As a valued consultant to the boards and search committees of Foundations, Institutions and Associations, nonprofits focusing on Social Justice, Health & Human Services, Education & Research, Arts, Media & Culture, Environment and Conservation. Dave was formerly a Senior Systems Engineer at IBM and earned a BS Biology from Gettysburg College.


Lee KappelmanLee Kappelman has a 30-year career focused on nonprofit management, executive search and fundraising with a strong emphasis on art, media and culture. She previously led a national search and fundraising practice, was chief advancement officer for the Baltimore Symphony, held executive positions at CBS Television and King World Entertainment; and was a literary agent with Agency for the Performing Arts and Renaissance Literary Agency in Los Angeles and New York.  Lee formed CaringOn, a healthcare non-profit to enable terminal cancer patients to thank their caregivers with a day of leisure. She holds a BFA from Boston University and an MA from New York University.



Oscar Oscar Quiros joined m/Oppenheim Associates in 2013 after having previously worked for Madbury Road as Digital Marketing consultant where he implemented the company’s digital marketing strategy. He previously worked as an IP Lawyer in Mexico City handling brands for multiple high profile international clients. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and a Masters Degree in International Marketing from Hult International Business School in San Francisco.


Stefan Ruenzel is an award-winning filmmaker from Oakland, CA, whose work spans across narrative, documentary, and experimental fields. He has worked as Director of Photography and Editor on a nationally syndicated travel show on PBS and currently works as a freelance producer and cinematographer in the Bay Area.  Stefan joined m/Oppenheim Associates in 2009 as the Director of the INSIGHTvideo series.


Julia  Julia Pivovarova joined m/Oppenheim in 2010 and now provides excellent support for our dynamic team. Julia brings problem solving and organizational skills to the company along with 15 years of administrative experience, eight of which was spent supporting Head Start’s T/TA Network under the Department of Health and Human Services.
